CEO / Co Founder
John's career has always been focused on global impact. Before co-founding Carbon Footprint Ltd in 2005, he spent 14 years in the aerospace sector, where he managed the design, build, test and launch of two Earth-observation satellites designed to monitor global disasters. Taking that high-level perspective on planetary health, John has spent the last two decades building Carbon Footprint Ltd into a market leader. He combines deep commercial experience across the public and private sectors with a passion for technological innovation, leading the company's strategy in cloud-based carbon management software. He is a highly active voice in driving industry standards and a leading expert in the Voluntary Carbon Market.
Key Qualifications: BEng(Hons) in Aerospace Engineering, MSc in Electromechanical Design.
Business Development Director / Co Founder
Originally trained in physics, Wendy is also a member of the Institute of Marketing (MCIM). She has worked in the public and private sectors (including blue chips), holding appointments with QinetiQ Group PLC, BG Group PLC, Oxford Instruments PLC and BOC/Linde Group AG in technical and managerial roles across aerospace, sustainable energy and industrial gases/chemicals markets. She has won a number of business awards, including being named overall winner of the UK 'Women on Their Way' Business Awards, and is a regular contributor to trade journals and media. She is Chair Person of the Sustainable Business Network in North Hampshire, with particular interest in the Public Sector and Retail.
Key Qualifications: BSc(Hons) degree, Ph.D. in Physics, MCIM.
Head of Sales
Dan has more than twenty years' experience in sales, sales management and business development, working in both corporate blue-chip organisations and smaller independent businesses. He has demonstrated success in all aspects of sales execution, from national product implementation through to performance management of sales teams across the UK. Having also completed the CIPD Certificate in Training Practice, Dan offers relevant coaching and training to our clients and team. With an eclectic background, Dan has particular expertise within retail, hospitality, leisure, construction, energy, telecoms and financial services — spanning the public, private and third sectors.

Head of Product
As Head of Product at Carbon Footprint Ltd, Nigel brings over two decades of experience in delivering high-impact SaaS products across both the public and private sectors. A transformational and visionary technical leader, he excels at guiding complex software developments from concept to delivery. Nigel is an alumnus of Brunel University of London. Outside of driving our product strategy, he dedicates his time to volunteering for veteran support alongside science and technology initiatives.
Key Qualifications: BSc Computing, Sport Science.
